All products manufactured by Canvas USA® include a Canvas USA® logo and/or other identifying mark as a required and non-optional component of the finished product. Identification may be applied in various forms, depending on the product and construction method, including, but not limited to, screen printing, sewn-in labels, embroidered marks, heat-applied marks, or other permanent or semi-permanent identification methods.
Canvas USA® identification serves multiple essential purposes, including but not limited to:
- Proper Orientation, Placement & Use (When Applicable)
On fitted, directional, or multi-panel products—such as covers, enclosures, awnings, shade systems, upholstery and cushions (including patio/outdoor cushions), and other custom-fabricated items—the logo/identification provides a reliable reference for correct placement, orientation, and installation. Correct orientation and placement help ensure proper fit, function, appearance, and longevity. - Product Authentication & Warranty Verification
Canvas USA® identification is required to verify authenticity, workmanship, and materials. Any claim for warranty, repair, alteration, or service requires the presence of the original Canvas USA® logo/identification. Products with missing, altered, removed, or intentionally obscured identification are not eligible for warranty coverage or service under any circumstances. - Quality Control & Brand Protection
Canvas USA® identification signifies authenticity, accountability, and quality assurance. It also protects against misrepresentation, unauthorized resale, and fraudulent warranty or chargeback claims involving products not manufactured by Canvas USA®.
Mandatory Identification Requirement
Canvas USA® does not manufacture any product without a Canvas USA® logo or identifying mark. Requests to omit, alter, conceal, or remove identification will not be accepted. Orders will not be produced without proper Canvas USA® identification.
Customer Authorization, Custom Goods, and Dispute (Chargeback) Notice
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the product is custom-made and will be produced to customer-provided specifications. The customer further acknowledges that Canvas USA® identification is a mandatory, built-in feature of the product and is integral to its design, authenticity verification, and serviceability. The customer authorizes Canvas USA® to manufacture the product with the required identification and agrees that a request to remove or omit identification is not a valid basis for canceling, refusing delivery, or disputing charges once production has started, consistent with custom-goods policies stated elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Custom products may be non-returnable and/or subject to the company's custom-order return policies as stated elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.
- Canvas USA® logos/identification are mandatory on all products and may be applied using different methods depending on product design and manufacturing requirements.
- Removal, alteration, or concealment of identification voids all warranties and may result in denial of service or claims.
- Canvas USA® identification does not constitute advertising, endorsement, or permission to resell.
Production Process Notice
Canvas USA® logos/identification are typically applied at the beginning of the manufacturing process, when materials are still flat, staged, and easiest to handle accurately. Applying identification early supports proper alignment, consistency, and quality control. Because identification is integrated into the production workflow, it cannot be removed from the process or deferred until the end of the job.
Canvas USA® reserves the right to refuse warranty claims, service, or disputes involving products that do not retain their original identifying marks.
