Gift Card Purchase Limits
To help protect customers and reduce fraud, Canvas USA® enforces purchase limits on gift cards:

Orders totaling $1,000 may be restricted to in-store purchases only or require manual review and verification before approval.
Gift Card Purchase Policy
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, Canvas USA® may limit the quantity or total value of gift cards per order. We may also require additional verification for high-value purchases, including billing verification.
Orders that appear suspicious or potentially fraudulent may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Canvas USA® gift cards (“Gift Cards”) may be purchased and redeemed subject to the following terms and conditions.
Redemption: Gift Cards are redeemable online at Canvas USA® and in-store at Canvas USA® locations, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
No Expiration / No Fees: Gift Cards do not expire and incur no fees.
Purchase Limits & Fraud Prevention: Canvas USA® reserves the right to limit gift card quantities, gift card values, and the total value of gift cards purchased per order or per customer. Orders that appear suspicious may be delayed, held for review, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.

Verification Requirements: Canvas USA® may require additional verification for high-value or high-risk purchases, including payment verification, billing verification, identity verification (including government-issued photo ID), or contact verification. Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in cancellation and refund.
Billing and Address Requirements: For digital Gift Card purchases, complete billing verification may be required prior to fulfillment. For purchases that include physical items, Canvas USA® may require the billing and shipping addresses to match.
Resale Prohibited: Gift Cards are not intended for resale and may not be listed or sold on third-party marketplaces. Canvas USA® may cancel orders or void Gift Cards obtained through unauthorized resale or suspicious activity where permitted by law.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat Gift Cards like cash. Canvas USA® is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or unauthorized use, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canvas USA®’s liability related to a Gift Card is limited to the remaining Gift Card balance.
Changes to Terms: Canvas USA® may update these terms at any time as permitted by law. Updated terms will apply to Gift Cards purchased after the effective date and, where permitted, to previously issued Gift Cards.
